Pacific Audit Solutions is a slime-ball snaky company. I accidentally left my parking stub upside down on my dashboard and got a ticket. I called admitting the mistake and letting them know I had proof of payment. They said that "they make money from people's mistakes" like that. LAME! I had paid for the parking and had proof. I parked at Union Station in a lot facing the station, 20 ft away is a pay to park installation.I payed and displayed the stub on my dashboard. When I returned there was a ticket on the windshield. I looked around and there were three guys who were obviously enforcing parking issues, I asked why the ticket as I had paid and displayed. The guy smiled and said look at the pay to park sign, it's for street parking, the lot pay to park is back by the entrance. So they make money off of peoples mistakes. shame on them and the city for allowing scumbags like that!

They threatened me to charge double and I got scared so I payed them and my parents later informed me that they had no right to. They were also unprofessional in asking for my debit card information over the phone. I told her that I would send a check but she insisted that it would come in too late and that I would be charged for administrative fees in it coming in late. I've called them numerous times before and they never called me back. I shouldn't have believed them and payed them but it's not like I knew. DO NOT let this happen to you, talk to an adult before calling these ass hats, they will take advantage of you. Karma's a bitch.

Isn't coincidental how the parking payment machines for this company conveniently never work? It seems like almost every time I try to park in one of these lots their machine is broken. Last night I was desperate for a spot near my location, and I was not about to walk by myself downtown at 9:00 pm at night 5 blocks so I could find street parking. I decided to park in the lot anyway, and ended up getting a ticket. I will pay the ticket, but a piece of me believes they make the machine not work past a certain time so they can trap people into having to pay parking tickets. I agree with the slime ball company statement.

This company is craptastic. We were attending a memorial service and the pay machine was surrounded by people trying to get to the service near the Governor Hotel. The machine only took visa cards from Washington Mutual - everyone else who had a visa from another issuer could not get the machine to work. The $5 fee became a $29 ticket by the end of the service and now they have it out to Atlas Fiancial Services collections in Vancouver, WA at $53 - they must be doing this intentionally to soak people. We won't pay.

The lot attendant pointed to the pay-to-park machine, so I bought a 1-hour pass and put it on my dash. 10 minutes later, I returned to my car to find a $40 ticket and the lot attendant, grinning and laughing at me. "You paid at the street parking machine, I pointed at the other machine all the way over there." I called them to dispute, telling them that I was directed to the wrong machine, and all they said is that "the machine says street parking, you should have seen it." I've learned an important lesson about trusting what parking lot attendants tell me – the little shit!
